The Increasingly we are becoming aware of the damage to the environment caused by dumping toxic waste. Every country suffers this problem and faces the difficulty of finding a safe method of disposing of toxic waste materials. The IVU Fly Ash Recycling Process produces DISPERGAT which can safely immobilise noxious substances in toxic waste which, when hard, makes it impervious to water and is eluation proof. In the manufacture of DISPERGAT from power station, or incinerators ash (itself a previously problematic waste material), a percentage of approx. 50 - 70 % oftoxic waste can be added as a by-mix. The ratio is dependent on the quality of the ash and the nature of the toxic waste, and is determined by analysis, and, the application of a special mix formula. No additives are required except water, which itself can be from a waste source. The process creates no waste whatsoever. |
