Fly Ash - The Solution to the Problem!

Using the IVU-DISPERSOPT Process means:

• instead of huge ash tips and polluted ground and subteranean water, an ecologically safe building material, of considerable environmental and commercial value, is produced,
  
  
• instead of excessive exploitation of natural resources (lime, dolomite, etc.) many processes will require greatly reduced mineral resources because there is an economically useful substitute now available,
  
  
• instead of polluting the land with waste tips full of dangerous substances these can be immobilised completely and the end product, a building maerial, is totally safe,
  
  
• instead of using costly energy in the process, the chemical reaction only requires water and creates no waste problems, and even the water is resed
  
  
• instead of time consuming, and costly, preparations for clay used in the cement and brick industries the processing can be reduced to only a few minutes,
  
  
• instead of using expensive flue gas cleaning processes, sulphure emissions from burning coal can be reduced significantly by applying a desulphuriation sorbent.
